Course Delivery

This course can be delivered in-house for 6+ delegates. Alternatively, delegates can join one of our regular ‘open’ courses.

This will be an intense but highly interactive course, in which delegates will have lots of opportunities to put theory into practice using their own ‘real world’ scenarios or challenges.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience developing and leading teams in life and death situations with the Fire Service. He also has over 15 years’ experience developing leaders across all sectors and industries through coaching and training facilitation, culminating in the development of the FIREPROOF framework.

Theresa has over 20 years’ experience leading teams and organisations through significant growth, transformation and change in the public, private and third sectors. She has recently developed her own Operating System based on the FIREPROOF framework.
