Framing Your Situation
1/2 day workshop, up to 12 people
In this workshop, Graham and Theresa introduce you to the FIREPROOF framework and then facilitate a session to ‘Frame your situation’. This step of the framework is key to enabling you to produce a strategic plan to achieve your desired outcome. In our experience, an individual’s understanding of a situation often differs from that of others, and of the reality. It is therefore crucial that time is taken to explore this foundation to the whole process.
During the session we will use our coaching expertise to explore your current situation, helping you identify potential areas of required or desired change. We will uncover potential blind spots and hidden areas and look at exploring the ‘unknown’ (Johari Window). At the end of the session you will have an agreed and comprehensive understanding of your situation, with increased awareness of yourself and others, providing a solid foundation from which to progress through the framework yourself.
Fireproofing Your Performance
1 & 1/2 days – half day ‘Framing Your Situation’ workshop (as above), followed by a full day completing all aspects of the FIREPROOF framework, up to 12 people
The first half day will be as described above, then we will return to roll up our sleeves and facilitate your progression through the remainder of the framework. Together we will identify potential hazards and assess the associated risks.
We will help you evaluate your options, consider the people and resources impacted and required, and support you to organise your plan of action.
As coaches, part of our role is to challenge your thinking, helping to ensure you have explored all options. Time will also be spent considering how you will observe and measure progress and how you will feedback and action any learnings from the results.
At the end of this session you will have a comprehensive, strategic plan to address your current and any future challenge or desired change, head-on and full of confidence.
