Meet the Founding Directors
Graham Ravenscroft
Over 30 years learning and developing skills in the world of elite coaching in sport, and managing the development of people and teams as an Operational Watch Manager in the Fire and Rescue Service. These skills have been transferred into the world of business since 2010, providing executive coaching, workshop facilitation, keynote speaking and the delivery of accredited management and leadership training.

Theresa Wright
Over 20 years in operational management and senior leadership positions, developing real-world experience managing people, culture, organisational structures and operating systems. Utilising highly developed skills to implement and manage the majority of business functions including finance, HR, marketing, facilities management, health and safety, account management and service delivery.
